REFUND POLICY
Returns
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All items must be in new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase date.
To complete a return, please contact customer service at info@worldviewscandleco.com within 14 days of purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are damaged during shipping or defective. If your item is received damaged during shipment, please include a picture and contact us within 24hours of receiving your ordering we will be happily replace. If your item is defective contact our customer service email at
