What’s in your candles and wax melts?

Our candles and wax melts are made with high quality ingredients including a soy wax blend and phthalate-free fragrance. Our candles have a cotton wick that are both zinc and lead free.

Do you have a rewards program?

Currently we do not however we hope to be implementing one shortly.

 

Do you ship in the summer?

Yes we do. During the hot spring and summer months we ship Monday-Wednesday only! We also include moist resistant ice packs in each order to make sure your candles etc stay cool and safe.

What are wax melts?

Our heart wax melts are a great alternative for those who love scents but not the flame. You can use a wax warmer for our melts to enjoy the aroma.

Do you offer refunds?

In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All items must be in new, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of purchase date. 

To complete a return, please contact customer service at info@worldviewscandleco.com within 14 days of purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we do not however we do look forward to shipping internationally one day.

Can your packaging be reused?

Yes all of our packaging are eco-friendly and can be reused for gifting or personal use. Our candle vessels and room & linen spray bottles can also be reused.

What kind of packing peanuts do you use?

We use biodegradable peanuts that are eco-friendly and dissolves in water.
